The Merchandising & Experimentation Studio brings ideas to life through creative, strategy, design, copy, and experiments. The team has talented e-commerce strategists, producers, designers, copy writers, content and catalog implementers, quality analysts, release analysts.

My Role

Digital Management

  • Defining objectives and strategies for user experience and content.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle development and implementation of digital consumer marketing campaigns, promotions, content, and experience optimization projects for Wireless AT&T products.
  • Develop AT&T’s cross-platform strategic direction, improving digital experience through innovation.
  • Provide direction for graphic designers, copywriters, and front-end developers through content strategy, merchandising plans, and group meetings, helping to achieve site goals, by utilizing web best practices and clarifying strategic requirements.

Worked on the roadmap of both site launches and enhancements for Clarins and Thierry Mugler worldwide; helped streamline project management and communications process working with the regional and local teams.

Clarins Group is a French luxury skin care, cosmetics and perfume company, which manufactures and sells products, usually through high-end department store counters and selected pharmacies.

Thierry Mugler Parfums is part of the Clarins Groupe, creating disruptive fragrances, with incredible bottles like Angel and Alien.

  • Led the Global Digital team to launch new websites and rollouts in 25 countries, to increase conversions and sales.
  • Led process development for site launch and evolutions projects.
  • Maintained updated knowledge of new digital solution trends and contributes to IT digital strategy development.
  • Defined releases priorities to a third-party front-end integration team, dedicated for Clarins and Thierry Mugler websites.

To support the arrival of the Nissan LEAF in Europe (the first 100% electric vehicle from Nissan), Nissan Europe and D2NA have launched «Nissan LEAF – The Big Turn On», a social movement that opened minds and thrilled audiences with a 100% electric digital experiences in France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany. The campaign was part of a wider initiative from Nissan aimed at convincing people to make the switch to 100% electric cars, through social media, digital experiences, and live events across 100 days.

Thanks to an innovative and unprecedented use of Facebook Connect, the device allows Internet users, once connected to, to see their favorite heroes navigate in a faithful reconstruction of their own Facebook page and interact with the elements of their wall. Personalization technology also offers different scenarios depending on whether the user is a woman or a man.
